No evidence that Europe would become irrelevant. Europeans have no problems with AI or semiconductors. They manufacture semiconductors and handle AI quite well. Western Europeans are not dependent on the US either economically or militarily. Some Americans see the US as carrying European nations but it isn’t true. europeans are not dependent on the US.
